Billy Gene Jackson Sr. Park

Billy Gene Jackson Sr. Park is located alongside The Salvation Army Richard Hazel Youth Center on North Lake Park Drive. The park consists of a lighted softball field, lighted basketball courts with bleachers, lighted tennis courts with lines for pickleball, a playground area, permanent concessions building, covered picnic area and restroom facilities.

Follow the road around the softball field to find a walking trail leading to a small beach area and fishing pier on Johnson Pond.

A variety of youth programs are offered at the park in a cooperative effort between Wicomico County, the Salisbury Advisory Council on Youth Activities (SACYA) and the Salvation Army.

Like its namesake, Billy Gene Jackson Sr. Park is an incredible resource for the community.
